Serve The Planet: Module 3 — “Physical, Mental and Spiritual Energies”

The International Serve The Planet (STP) Subcommittee of the Young Adults has launched the third and final module of the ‘Protect The Planet’ with emphasis on ‘Ceiling on Desires.’ The attached Module 3 focuses on ‘Physical, Mental and Spiritual Energies,’ as follows:
- physical energy in relation to the human body and its impact on the environment;
- mental energy in relation to factors influencing its strength, how it can be conserved and the impact it has on us and the environment; and
- spiritual energy and how to connect to the spiritual source within, develop unity between the body, mind and spirit, maintain balance of internal energy to achieve balance in Nature, and grow in spiritual energy to further our spiritual development.
