Professor R. Gangadhara Sastry

Educational Qualifications; B.A., M.A, M.Phil, and Ph.D

Joined as (First Staff member) Lecturer in Political Science in Sri Sathya Sai Arts, Commerce and Science College in 1979 just then started by Bhagawan at Prasanthi Nilayam.

In the year 1981 he was absorbed into Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher as lecturer. Ever since then until retirement in the year 2014 he worked as Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Associate Lecturer, Reader and Professor.

Ever since retirement Prof. Gangadhar Sastry has been working as Honorary Professor in the Department of Political Science. He functioned as Joint Director and Director of Prasanthi Nilayam Campus before his retirement.

Held various positions which he continues to hold include Member of Academic Council, Chairperson Board of Studies, Member Research Cofermament Committee, Member Internal Complaints Committee, Member Ethics Committee SSSIHL, Member SSSI of Higher Medical Sciences, Ethics Committee and several more.

Prof. Sastry published extensively in various national and International on topics in Political Science, Public Administration, International Relations, Constitution of India, Indian Governance, and on Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba in various spiritual magazines including Sanatana Saradhi  and reputed Telugu dailies etc.,

He also offered extensively Satsangs and Samarpan lectures and addressed devotees of Bhagawan across the Country at various Centers. He was blessed with a number of opportunities to deliver talks on Bhagawan through Radio Sai.

He also visited USA, Indonesia and New Zealand to deliver lectures on Bhagawan extensively at various Center.
